GET A QUOTE
At our machine shop we conduct quoting through E-Mail. Because machining requirements vary widely form job to job we have put together a list of topics we would like you to address in your email so that we can get a quote back to you as quickly as possible. Quoting normally takes no longer than one business day as long as all required information is provided in the email.
CAD File / Drawing*
In order to manufacture your parts we will need to generate a CAD file. This is often generated from a drawing that you send us. If you send us only a CAD file don’t forget to give us the information that is normally included on the drawing (thread call-outs, tolerances, surface finish, etc.).

Material
Our machine shop specializes in aluminum but can mill your parts from most metals or plastics. Let us know if material traceability is a requirement for your job.
Tolerance
The tolerance required in machined parts changes the amount of time it takes to make a compliant part. We hold a ±.005″ tolerance unless otherwise stated. Make sure and tell us when you require a different tolerance.
Order Quantity
Make sure and tell us how many of each part you want. As the quantity goes up the price per part is reduced because set up and programming time can be spread out over more parts.
Post Process
All machined parts come deburred and free of oil and contamination. We can also provide edge breaking, sanding, bead blasting (sand blasting), anodizing, powder coating etc.
