Milling Capabilities
We have 3 and 5 axis milling capabilities for 3 axis milling we have a work envelope of 30″ x 20″ x 20″ and for 5 axis milling we have a work envelope 18″ in diameter x 19″ tall.
Turning Capabilities
He have a dual spindle lathe with live tooling and a bar feeder. We can bar feed up to a 3″ bar or tube.
Post Process
We provide a verity of post process options. These include edge breaking, sanding, bead blasting, anodizing, powder coating and assembly.

Blue Summit Machining is a job shop that specializes in medium size orders. We are able to offer you the best value on batch sizes of 100 to 4000 parts. We are often competitive on smaller orders when a fast turn around time is needed. Because of our size we are able to quickly turn parts around when other shops can’t.
